Billing and terms
- All prices are net plus 20 % VAT. The invoice is issued by KernelHost GmbH (Vienna).
- Remote services are billed in 15-minute increments, minimum 30 minutes. On-site visits in 30-minute increments, minimum one hour, plus travel Vienna €35 flat, surrounding area €0.60 per kilometre from the Vienna city limits.
- Convenient payment via the kernelhost.com client portal by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal or SEPA direct debit. Payment term 14 days, with a deposit for new clients and flat-rate packages.
- No monthly tariffs and no minimum term: you only pay for what you order. Hour bundles are valid for 12 months and are used in 15-minute increments. Hardware is procured based on effort or directly by you.
