Yes. After a short inventory (plugins, hosting, backups, security) I take over the ongoing maintenance regardless of who built the site.
Does the site have to be hosted at KernelHost?
No, maintenance works with any hosting provider. A move to KernelHost servers is worthwhile if speed, DDoS protection or one contact for everything are desired.
What happens if an update breaks something?
Updates are first tested in a staging environment. Should something fail anyway, the backup is restored and the problem documented in the ticket, at no extra cost.
